高职院校人才培养存在学校输出与社会需求不对称等问题。文章从学生素质、教学管理和企业需求等方面分析其原因,并提出相应的培养高职人才社会适应性的对策。

There are some asymmetric problems between college output and social requirement. Analyze reasons from student quality,teaching management and enterprise needs; make corresponding solutions for cultivating social adaptability for higher vocational college talent.
