大学生党员自我教育的模式探究——以桂林医学院为例

Research on the Self-education Mode of Undergraduate Party Members——Taking Guilin Medical College as An Example

大学生党员作为党员队伍中特殊而重要的群体,是广大青年学生中的优秀代表和中坚力量,他们的自我教育水平,将影响到整个党员队伍和大学生群体的素质。开展大学生党员自我教育的模式探究,将有利于提高大学生党员自我教育的实效性。大学生党员自我教育模式主要有:个体自我教育模式、集体自我教育模式、同伴自我教育模式。三种模式相互渗透、相互融合,能够共同推进大学生党员自我教育持续、健康、科学地向前发展。

The undergraduate party members,an important and special community in the party,are the select representative and the backbone force of young college students.Their self-education level will affect the quality of the whole Party members and College students. Research on the self-education mode of the undergraduate party members will greatly improve the effectiveness of the self-education. The self-education mode mainly consists of the individual self-education mode, the collective self-education mode and peer self-education mode. The three modes of mutual penetration and fusion jointly promote the self-education in a healthy way with sustainable scientific development.
