On Causes,Effects and Legal Supervision of Shadow Banking System in China

摘要影子银行体系所累积的金融风险已引起社会广泛关注。分析影子银行在我国产生的原因及对国民经济发展的影响,应从宏观和微观方面完善现行的监管措施,并发挥舆论监督的力量。加强国际合作、构建影子银行体系监管机制将是未来影子银行体系发展的方向。 Nowadays, the financial risk accummulated by the shadow banking system has aroused the great concern all over the world. This paper introduced the basic concepts of the shadow banking system, analyzed the causes and effects on the development of the national economy, and put forward that the existing supervision measures should be perfected both macrolly and microlly, and that the force of public opinion should be exerted. Strengthening international cooperation in financial supervision and building information disclosure system will be in the direction of developing the future shadow banking system.
