阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Azithromycin in Treatment of Children’s Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:观察阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效与不良反应。方法:采用随机分组对照试验,将120例支原体肺炎患儿分为两组,阿奇霉素组(观察组)和红霉素组(对照组),两组各60例。观察组用阿奇霉素粉针剂静脉滴注,每天1次;对照组用红霉素粉针剂静脉滴注,每天2次。比较两组临床疗效、临床恢复过程及不良反应。结果:两组患儿临床总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、第10天胸片吸收例数、住院时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组为16.7%,对照组为30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎,疗效较红霉素好,疗程相对更短,临床症状缓解更快,给药方法更为简单,患儿的依从性更好,还可减少住院时间和节约医疗开支,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the effect of azithromycin in treatment of children＇s mycoplasma pneumonia clinical curative effect and adverse reaction.Method： Randomized controlled trial, 120 patients with children＇s mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into azithromycin group （ observation group ） and erythromycin group （ control group ）, two groups of 60 patients each. The observation group with azithromycin injection, 1 times a day; control group using erythromyein injection, 2 times a day.Comparison of two clinical efficacy, the time when the symptoms disappear and side effects.Result： Two groups of the total efficiency of the difference was not statistically significant （ P〉O.05 ）, the recovery rate of the differences was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; two groups of the body temperature to restore the normal time, cough disappearance, pulmonary rales disappearance, time of tenth days X-ray absorption cases, hospitalization time difference were statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; adverse reaction rate was 16.7% in the observation group, 30% in control group, the difference was significant （ P〈O.05 ） .Conclusion： Azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children is superior to erythromycin, is relatively shorter course of treatment, clinical symptoms faster, less adverse reactions, drug delivery method is more simDle, the comoliance of children better advanta^es.
