不同消毒剂对快速血糖仪检测血糖影响程度研究

Research on the Influence of Detecting Blood Sugar by Fast Glucometer with Different Disinfector

目的:研究不同消毒剂对快速血糖仪检测血糖仪值的影响程度,为临床指导选择影响血糖仪值最小的消毒剂。方法:设注射用水组为对照组,75%酒精、安尔碘、5%碘伏组为实验组,将注射用水、75%酒精、安尔碘、5%碘伏以5μl、10μl、15μl、20μl、25μl的剂量分别加入同一样本的20份1 ml静脉血标本中,再对其进行快速血糖检测,对检测结果进行统计学分析,比较各消毒剂各浓度对快速血糖仪检测血糖仪值的影响。结果:各5μl以上组与5μl组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),浓度越高,血糖测量值越低。当浓度为20μl时,75%酒精组血糖值高于对照组(P=0.023),当浓度为25μl时,75%酒精组及安尔碘组血糖值高于对照组(P=0.004),而5%碘伏组与对照组各浓度梯度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消毒剂残留量越大对血糖的影响越大,但5%碘伏对快速血糖仪检测血糖仪值的影响小于75%酒精和安尔碘。

Objective： To research on the influence of detecting blood sugar by fast glucometer with different disinfector, and choose the disinfector which affects lest of the value of the glucometer for clinical supervision.Method： Supposing the water for injection as a comparison group, 75% alcohol, yasuji iodine and 5% iodophor as an experiment group. Respectively injecting 5 μ 1, 10 μ 1, 15 μ 1, 20 μ 1, 25 μ 1 of water for injection, 75% alcohol, yasuji iodine and 5% iodophor into 20 shares of lml venous blood sample of a same sample, then executing fast blood sugar detection. Executing statistic analysis towards the detected result, comparing the effects of detecting the value of the glucometer by the glucometer with different disinfector with different concentration.Result： The difference between groups over 51μ 1 and 5 μ 1 in each group are provided with statistical meaning, the higher the concentration , the smaller the blood tested value： When the concentration is over 20 μ 1, the blood sugar value of the 75% alcohol group is higher than the comparison group （ P=0.023 ） ; when the concentration is equal to 25 μ 1, the blood sugar values of the 75% alcohol group and the yasuji iodine group are both higher than the comparison group （ P=0.004 ）, and the ladder differences between the 5% iodophor group and each concentration of the comparison group are off any statistic meaning.Conclusion： The more the residue of disinfector, the bigger the effect towards the blood sugar, but the effect from 5% iodophor towards detecting the value of the glucometer by the fast glucometer is smaller than that of 75% alcohol and yasuji iodine.
