酸贮液体鱼蛋白是开发低值鱼及水产加工废弃物中鱼蛋白的有效途径之一 ,本文就酸贮液体鱼蛋白的生产和使用状况进行分析和讨论 ,并将鱼粉和酸贮液体鱼蛋白二者进行了比较。
Fish silage processing is one of virtual methods for the utilization of fish protein produced from lowvalue fish and waste disposal.The analysis on fish silage is carried out,and discussion is provided for the difference between fish meal and fish silage.
