摘要
对多年来车轮轮箍质量问题进行了归纳和分析 ,认为车轮轮箍质量问题产生的主要原因是车轮轮箍内部存在严重堆积的脆性氧化物夹杂 ,而车轮轮箍踏面浅层缺陷与车轮轮箍产品质量及机车车辆使用条件有关。减少车轮轮箍质量问题的关键不仅要优化车轮轮箍设计 ,而且更要提高钢质纯净度。
The problems in quality of wheel tyres for many years are analysed and summed up.It is considered that the main cause to the quality problems of the wheel tyres is that the brittle oxide inclusions are seriously accumulated inside the wheel tyres,and the shallow defects in the wheel tyre tread relates to the wheel tyre quality and the operation conditions of the locomotives and rolling stock.The key to reduce the wheel tyre quality problems is not only to optimize the wheel tyre design,but also to improve purity of steel.
