摘要
为了提高华山松幼苗对高盐胁迫的适应性,利用0~200mmol/L的NaCl溶液对华山松种子浸种处理,研究其在高盐胁迫下(300mmol/L NaCl)的生长情况。结果表明,与清水浸种(对照)相比,200mmol/L NaCl浸种处理的种子发芽率增加16.34个百分点,发芽势增加7.67个百分点,幼苗茎长(苗高)增加34.85%,鲜质量增加7.01%,干质量增加20.79%,可溶性糖含量增加56.31%,SOD活性和MDA含量分别下降了68.84%和40.69%。表明200mmol/L NaCl浸种抗盐锻炼效果最好。
Abstract. The effect of high NaC1 stress(300 mmol/L)on seedlings growth of Pinusarmandii Franch. after seed soaking with low-NaCl concentration (0-200 mmol/L) was studied. After seed soaking with 200 mmol/L NaCl,the seed got the best salt resistance. In comparison with the con- trol(soaking with water), the germination rate and germination energy increased 16.34 percentage points and 7.67 percentage points, respectively. Under this condition, the height of seedlings in- creased 34. 85%, wet weight and dry weight increased 7. 01% and 20. 79%, soluble sugar in- creased 56.31% ,SOD activity and MDA contents decreased 68.84% and 40. 69%, resoectivelv.
