加替沙星滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎的有效性和安全性

The Efficacy and Safety of Gatifloxacin Eye Drops in the Treatment of Acute Bacterial Conjunctivitis

目的观察加替沙星滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎的有效性和安全性,以供临床参考。方法以2009年5月—2012年4月在该院眼科接受治疗的急性细菌性结膜炎患者120例为研究对象,进行随机分组。对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,观察组给予加替沙星滴眼液治疗。连续治疗7d,观察两组患者临床疗效和不良反应的差异。结果与对照组相比较,观察组总有效率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生明显的不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用加替沙星滴眼液治疗急性细菌性结膜炎,具有良好的有效性和安全性,值得在临床工作中推广应用。

Objective Observe efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin eye drops in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis , for clinical reference. Methods Choose 120 cases from May. 2009 to Apr. 2012 in our hospitalas the research object, random group- ing. Control group was given levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment, observation group were given gatifloxacin eye drops. 7d later, two groups were observed with clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of difference. Results Compared with control group, observation group total efficiency is higher, with significant statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Two groups during treatment showed no obvious adverse reaction, no statistical difference（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Gatifloxacin eye drops in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis, has good effectiveness and safety, is worth promoting the application in the clinical work.
