锁定钢板微创治疗四肢近关节端骨折临床分析

Locking Plate Minimally Invasive Therapy for Treatment of Fractures Near Extremity Joint Clinical Analysis

目的探讨微创锁定钢板在四肢近关节端骨折中的应用方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析四肢长干骨近关节端骨折行闭合复位微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗患者146例为研究对象。结果该组患者平均手术时间(64.8±12.4)min,术中出血平均(123.4±20.2)mL,平均住院时间(14.6±2.2)d,术后随访6～12个月未发生内固定失效情况,临近关节活动度良好。结论锁定钢板微创治疗四肢近关节端骨折患者效果理想,内固定物牢固,值得临床推广应用。
