中耳炎所致鼓膜大穿孔的临床治疗观察

目的观察中耳炎所致鼓膜大穿孔的临床治疗效果。方法该组选择55例中耳炎所致的鼓膜大穿孔患者,随机地将他他们划分为两组,一组用安慰剂滴耳,作为对照组,有25例患者,另一组用医院自制的中西药联合滴耳进行治疗,作为治疗组,有30例患者。在治疗的过程中,要充分观察两组病人的临床效果与其产生的不良反应。结果经过治疗之后,对照组无一例患者的鼓膜愈合。在治疗组,有12例患者的鼓膜已经愈合,有10例患者的鼓膜正在愈合,其鼓膜的厚度与状态正常,还有7例患者的鼓膜伤疤已经愈合,只有1例患者菲薄愈合。治疗组鼓膜愈合的患者的听力都有不同程度的恢复。结论经过治疗组与对照组治疗结果的对比,可以看出,利用中西药联合滴耳的治疗方法比单纯地利用安慰剂滴耳的治疗效果要好,这种治疗方法,不仅价格低廉,而且治疗效果很好,患者不需要经历手术的痛苦。

The treatment group the healing of tympanic membrane perforation in patients with hearing have different degrees of recovery. Conclusion After the treatment group and the control group treatment results, as can be seen, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in some treatments than simply using placebo ear drops a better treatment, such treatment methods, not only the price is low, and the treatment effect is good, the patients without the need to experience the pain of operation.
