摘要
目的探讨奥沙利铂氟尿嘧啶+三维适形同步放化疗治疗老年食管癌的治疗效果。方法选取2007年10月—2011年5月该科食管癌患者76例。随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者采取单纯放射治疗法,而试验组采取奥沙利铂氟尿嘧啶+三维适形同步放化疗法。结果奥沙利铂氟尿嘧啶+三维适形同步放化疗组治疗食管癌其有效率为90.00%,单纯放射治疗组有效率为69.44%,两组差异显著;4年生存率方面,实验组在治疗前两年病患生存率分别为80.00%和52.50%,对照组治疗前两年病患生存率分别为52.78%和30.56%,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组在治疗后第3、4年的生存率,经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用奥沙利铂氟尿嘧啶+三维适形同步放化疗治疗老年食管癌,可明显提高食管癌治疗的有效率及1、2年的生存率,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Eloxatin, 5-Fu combined with radiotherapy concurrently to esophageal carcinoma. Methods 76 cases of esophageal carcinoma as experimental subject. All the patient were divided into two groups： Eloxatin,5-Fu combined with radiotherapy concurrently of the therapeutic group, and radiotherapy alone of the therapeutic group. Results Through different therapy, the ratio of effective in test group （90.00%） Was higher than that in the control group （69.44%） （P〈0.05）. The 1 and 2 years survival rates in test group and control group were 80.00%, 52.50% and 52.78%, 30.56% respectively. Conclusion Eloxatin, 5-Fu combined with radiotherapy concurrently have better affect than radiotherapy alone.
