芪棱汤治疗冠脉慢血流的临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨芪棱汤对冠脉造影中出现冠脉慢血流现象(CSFP)的治疗效果。方法随机选取冠脉慢血流患者两组(即治疗组和对照组)各20例,在确保两者差异无统计学意义的前提下,采用常规硝酸酯类药物加阿司匹林治疗;并在此基础上,给治疗组加用芪棱汤治疗。观察治疗前后两组临床症状的改善、以及造影中冠脉血流的变化情况。结果对比治疗组与对照组发现,治疗组患者的症状改善明显,临床症状的治疗有效率(85.0%)大大高于对照组(50.0%),造影也显示,治疗组患者的冠脉血流改善有效率(60.0%)比对照组高一倍(仅30.0%),经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪棱汤治疗冠脉慢血流现象有较好疗效。 Objective Study of Qileng Decoction on coronary angiography in coronary slow flow phenomenon (CSFP) treatment. Methods 40 CSFP patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group treated with nitrate and aspirin,and the treatment group treated with QiLeng decoction,nitrate and aspirin. The changes of the eliniealsymptoms and coronary flow of CAG were observed before and after the treatment. Results The symptoms of the patients in two groups were improved and the treatment group had a better treatment effect.The effective rate was 85.0 % in the treatment group and 50.0 % in the control group,there had a significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05). The improvement rate of coronary slow flow phenomenon was 60.0% in the treatment group,and 30.0% in the control group,there also had a significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion QiLeng decoction combined with nitrate and aspirin have better trealment effect on CSFP.
