摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者早期预防教育及足部保健护理对策,使糖尿病足的发生减少。方法对宣威市人民医院2007年5月—2012年5月收治糖尿病患者127例进行健康知识宣教和足部护理和心理护理等,跟踪观察患者糖尿病足的发生情况,并评价防治效果。结果在实行早期预防教育和足部护理的127例糖尿病患者中,109例未患糖尿病足的患者病情控制稳定,未发生糖尿病足。18例已患糖尿病足患者中,0级、1级患者均痊愈,2级、3级患者足部干燥疮面缩小,取得良好效果。结论糖尿病足的预防重于治疗,对糖尿病患者进行早期预防教育和保健护理,对于降低糖尿病足患者的截肢率和改善患者生活质量具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the preventive education and foot care of diabetic patients with early measures to reduce the incidence of diabetic foot. Methods Xuanwei City People＇s Hospital in May 2007 to May 2012, 127 cases of patients with diabetes treated health knowledge missionaries and foot care and psychological care, tracking the occurrence observed in patients with diabetic foot, and to evaluate the control effect. Results 127 cases of diabetes in the implementation of early prevention education and foot care, and 109 cases of the condition of patients suffering from diabetic foot control and stability, did not occur diabetic foot. 18 cases have been suffering from diabetic foot patients, 0, 1 patients were cured, 2, 3 feet dry in patients with wound narrow, with good results. Conclusion Diabetic foot prevention is better than cure, good preventive education and care of diabetes patients with early, lowering the rate of patients with diabetic foot amputations and improve the quality of life of patients has important significance.
