摘要
优选石斛口服液制备工艺参数。以多糖的含量为指标,用正交试验法及单因素实验考察,优选制备工艺。最佳工艺为10倍量溶剂(水),温度80℃提取3次,每次3 h。优选出的石斛口服液的制备工艺满足生产工艺要求。
To establish preparation technology of dendrobium nobile oral liquid. Extraction processes of dendrobium nobile oral liquid were screened with orthogonal test by taking the main active ingredient of polysaccharid. Optimum technology was ：extracted 3 times with 10 times of water for 3 hours, constant temperature 80℃. Optimal preparation technology of dendrobium nobile oral liquid.met production technology requirement.
