食品接触材料中荧光性物质的研究

Research on the Fluorescent Substance in the Food Contact Materials

通过研究,建议尽快制定国家标准食品接触材料增加检验荧光物质的项目。参照GB/T 5009.78-2003《食品包装用原纸卫生标准的分析方法》进行荧光物质定性测试。纸制材料制品检测出有荧光性物质,聚丙烯(PP)制品和聚乙烯(PE)制品的蒸发残渣也都检测出含有荧光性物质。食品接触材料中的荧光性物质是影响食品安全的一个重要因素。从文献检索的情况来看,国内外对食品接触纸质包装材料以外的其它食品接触材料的荧光性物质的研究的相关文献比较少,国内尚未制定相关标准,通过研究建议尽快制定国家标准食品接触材料增加检验荧光物质的项目。

Proposed by this study to develop national standards as soon as possible food contact materials to increase test fluorescent material items. Reference to GB/T 5009.78-2003 Method for analysis of hygienic standard of papers for food packaging the fluorescent substances qualitative test. Paper materials products detected with fluorescent material, the evaporation residues of polypropylene （PP） products and polyethylene （PE） products were also detected to contain fluorescent substances. Conclusion Fluorescent substances that affect food safety in the food contact materials were an important factor. Judging from the literature search, contact with domestic and international food paper packaging materials other than food contact materials fluorescent substances research literature was relatively small, was not yet developed standards, proposed by this study to develop national standards as soon as possible food contact materials to increase test fluorescent material items.
