摘要
针对一种窄脉冲激光目标特性测量装置,设计了高速、宽带、低噪声前置放大器,对其参数进行了优化,并通过TINA pro 7.0软件进行了计算机仿真验证。设计的电路可以工作在200 MHz以上带宽,总体噪声小于13 mV。
Aiming at a mechanism for testing short-pulse laser target-characteristics, a high-speed, wide-band and low-noise preamplifier circuit is designed. The parameters are optimized, and the simula- tion and verfication are done using TINA pro 7.0. The designed circuit can work above 200 MHz, and the total noise is under 13 inV.
