大学文化是高校办好人民满意大学最重要的精神资源,加强大学文化建设是提升校园文化品位和核心竞争力的必由之路。高校教育工会作为高校党委联系广大教职工的桥梁和纽带,在高校大学文化建设的过程中担负着重要的职责和使命,是大学文化建设方向的积极引导者、大学文化建设方案的重要规划者、大学文化建设任务的主要承担者和大学文化建设过程的关键协调者。正确认识高校教育工会在大学文化建设中的角色定位,积极探索高校教育工会实现大学文化建设角色的有效路径,对于高校的校园文化建设、精神文明建设、校风建设、学风建设、师德建设以及学生思想道德建设等方面都具有积极的促进作用。

The university culture is the most important spiritual resource for building universities with which that the people are satisfied. To strengthen the construction of university culture is the route one must take to enhance the campus cultural taste and core competitiveness. As a bridge linking university Party committee and the teaching staff, educational labor union plays important roles in the construction of university culture, namely, it is an active guide of the direction of university cul- ture and in important planner of the scheme for constructing university culture, a principal undertaker of the construction task and a key coordinator in the course of university culture construction. A cor- rect understanding of the role positioning of educational labor union in the university cultural con- struction and active exploration of efficient paths to realize the role of University Education Union will promote the construction of campus culture, socialist spiritual civilization, school spirit, style of study, teachers＇ morality and students＇ ideological and ethical standard in colleges and universities.
