The Fragmentation of Urban Public Space during the Transition Period

转型期城市公共空间的碎片化表现为:私人空间从公共空间的抽离、消费时代公共空间的"失落"、流动性公共空间的消逝以及流动性私人空间对公共空间的消解。带来的影响主要包括:容纳社会成员能力的减弱、公共空间中社会成员的分化、外在形态的离散化以及对社会认同的减弱。因此需要通过增强现有公共空间的社会交往功能、规划建立具有多元功能的公共空间、培育具有流动性的公共空间等来进行城市公共空间的重构。

The fragmentation of urban public space is represented by the separation of private space from public space, the ＂lose＂ of public space in an age of consumerism, the elapse of public space flows, and the seduction of private space corresponding to the public space during the transition period. It weakens the ability of acconmmdating social members, differentiates the social members in public space, disperses the appearance and weakens the social identity. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct the urban public space, enhance the function of existing public space for social communication, establish public space with multiple functions and foster the flows of public space.
