The Analysis of Technical Innovation and Institutional Innovation: Discussion on the Genetic Method Based on the Change of Manufacturing Model

福特制、丰田制和温特制代表了不同历史时期的典型生产方式,以发生学的逻辑来审视生产方式变迁,可知创新是经济发展的根本现象,企业家是创新的主体,良好的制度环境为企业家创新提供土壤,是企业家生成的前提条件。而强大的营销能力引导消费方式改变,是新兴生产方式繁荣的保证。在此基础上可知,从国家的层面,创造鼓励创新的制度环境势在必行;从企业的层面,技术创新必须与制度安排高度耦合,协同并进;在企业与市场之间,市场营销是最重要的桥梁。

Fordism, JIT and Wintelism represent typical production patterns in different times. Through examining the change of production pattern in genetic logics, it is recognized that innovation motives the development of production pattern, entrepreneurs play a key role in innovation, good institution provides the prerequisite of innovation, strong and effective marketing guarantees the overwhelming success of new production pattern. Hereby, the supportive institution built by government is necessary, the coupling of technical innovation and institutional innovation in a corporation is a key and marketing is also excessively important.
