摘要
本文研究了平行光斜入射光栅的衍射现象,对光栅最小偏向角的存在给出了理论解释和数学推导,并得出光栅最小偏向角位置的光栅方程.
The diffraction phenomenon of parallel light oblique into grating is studied in this paper, and giving the theoretical explanation and mathematical derivation of minimum deviation angle. The grating equation is obtained with minimum deviation angle.
