摘要
介绍大型油库及油罐区火灾事故场景,分析全液面油罐火的场景升级模式,给出部分设备设施初始事件的发生频率。介绍采用改进点源模型计算全液面油罐火的热辐射参数的计算方法与计算公式,考虑风速、风向对油罐火焰高度的影响,以两种汽油储罐为例计算热辐射参数,并在此基础上探讨全液面油罐火的扑救策略。
The fire accident scenarios of large oil farm were introduced, and the fire upgrade models from initial fire incident to full-surface oil tank fire were analyzed. Some frequencies of initiating events for some technological equipment were presented. The method and equation to calculate the thermal radiation parameters of full-surface oil tank fire by modified point source model was introduced. Considering the speed and direction of wind, thermal radiation parameters of two kinds of oil tank were calculated, and the firefighting strategies of full-surface fire were discussed based on the calculation.
