摘要
为研究一只喷头失效情况下下垂型ESFR喷头对高架仓库的保护性能,将流量系数K363的下垂型ESFR喷头安装在DN80的配水支管上,在9.1m净空高度下开展了五层货架的实体火实验,测量了喷头开启时间、开启数量、吊顶下温度等实验参数,并与美国FMRC开展的相同试验进行比较。结果表明:失效喷头周围保护主货架的3只喷头为最关键喷头,整个实验过程中火未蔓延至目标货架,吊顶下烟气温度及火灾最不利点建筑结构温度控制在安全允许范围内;在1只喷头失效情况下,K363下垂型ESFR喷头可有效保护该高架仓库。
Full scale fire test was conducted to study the performance of K363 pendant ESFR sprinkler on the protection of 5-tier high rack storage simulating a failure mode of sprinkler operation under 9. 1 m ceiling. Parameters as sprinkler actuation time, number of sprinklers to open, ceiling temperature were measured. The results show that: the 3 sprinklers around the failure one are the most important ones; during the test there is no fire jump to the target array,~ gas temperature and steel angle temperature are in the safety limit. It is found that under the condition of one sprinkler failure, K363 pendant sprinkler is effective for the protection of the high-rack storage in the experiment.
