摘要 研究PDMS表面包覆改性聚磷酸铵及其阻燃PP性能的变化情况。以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)预聚体为包覆剂对APP进行表面包覆改性制备疏水APP,然后将改性APP与自制的三嗪类成炭发泡剂(CFA)、SiO2作为协效剂复配成膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)加入到聚丙烯中制备阻燃聚丙烯材料。分析PDMS改性对阻燃PP复合材料的阻燃性能、力学性能和耐水性能的影响。CFA与APP进行1∶4的复配,加入到PP中。随着阻燃剂的增加,材料的氧指数逐渐增加,当表面包覆APP添加量达15%时,改性后氧指数达28.8,阻燃性能达到了UL94-V0级。而未改性阻燃剂添加量达到17%时才达到UL 94-V0要求的氧指数28.5;材料的力学性能随阻燃剂的增加而下降。通过包覆,耐水性能有很大提高。 The performance change of APP coated with PDMS and the flame- retardant PP made by it were researched. Method : the APP was coated by performed polymer of PDMS to prepare the hydrophobic APP. The modified APP and homemade triazines carbon foaming agent (CFA) and Silicon Dioxide were used as synergist to prepare intumescing flame retardant (IFR), which was used into PP to prepare flame-retardant PP. The influence on the fire resistance and mechanical property and hydrolytic resistance of flame-retardant PP by PDMS was ana- lyzed. The CFA and APP was added into the PP with 1 : 4. Results: with the increase of flame retardants, the oxygen in- dex of the material is gradually increased. When the added a- mount of surface covered APP reaches 15~, the LOI reaches 28.8, and the flame retardant reached level UL 94--V0. It takes 17% for unmodified APP to reach level of UL 94--V0, and the LOI of 28.5. The mechanical properties of the material gradually decline with increasing flame retardants. The hydrolytic resistance has greatly improved by coating.
