旧城区建筑消防安全现状调查分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasures of fire safety condition of old city proper

调查衡阳市旧城区商住楼、综合楼建筑消防安全现状,发现防火间距、消防车道、消防扑救面、建设消防设施设置等方面问题。提出拆除消防通道内的障碍物、设置属于市政管网的消火栓、增加或拓宽疏散楼梯、修建专门的排油烟的室外地下通道等改进措施。

The fire safety condition of commercial and residential building, complex building at old city proper in Hengyang was investigated. Problems of fire prevention space, fire road, fire fighting plane and setting of fire facility were found. The corrective measures of moving the barrier at fire passage, setting fire cabinet which eonnect to the municipal pipe network, increase or widen the emergency staircase, setting special outdoor underground passage for lampblack were put forward.
