摘要
研究公众消防安全素质的形成过程,包括外部影响刺激阶段、主体反应平衡阶段、内部矛盾运动阶段、公众行为修正阶段。找出公众消防安全素质与一般科学素质发展过程的特殊性,并针对不同消防科普对象,提出了相应的消防科普教育措施,一定程度上揭示了公众消防安全素质与公众消防科普教育措施的相关性。
Research the forming process of public fire safety quality, including the phase of external influences and stimulus, sul^ject reaction and equilibrium, contradiction, and modification. Found the specific characteristics between public fire safety quality and common science quality. And corresponding measurements on fire science education were presented for different people. To some extent, this paper indicated the correlation between public fire safety quality and measurements on fire science education.
