火灾事故致因机理研究

Study on causal mechanism of fire accident

为深入探索火灾事故致因机理,引入事故致因理论。通过综合分析多种事故致因理论的内涵和适用对象,选取能量意外释放理论、事故因果连锁理论、轨迹交叉理论和危险源理论作为分析火灾事故的理论依据。在此基础上,结合火灾调查实践,从不同视角运用事故致因理论学说及安全管理原理,探索火灾事故的本质、特点、规律,从而构建火灾事故致因机理分析模型,为火灾事故的深入调查及科学防范提供参考。

To deep probe for causal mechanism of fire accident, this paper introduced accident-causing theories. After the com- prehensive analysis of several accident causing theory, selected energy accidental release theory, accident causal chain theory, orbit intersecting theory and hazard theory as the theoretical ba sis. Based on the research and the fire investigation practice, and combing the accident-causing theories with safety manage- ment theory, the paper explored the essence, the characteristic and the law of fire accident based on the fire investigation practice from different views. Furthermore, the paper constructed the fire accident causal mechanism analysis model, which will provide scientific reference to fire prevention.
