摘要
培养研究生的创新能力是高等教育的重要目标之一。本文分析了制约理工类研究生创新能力发展的因素,提出了培养理工类研究生创新意识和创新能力的对策。
The cultivation of graduate students＇ creative abilities is one of the important goals of higher education. Factors influencing the development of innovative abilities are analyzed,and strategies to develop their awareness of the importance of innovative abilities are proposed.
