摘要
"岗位实践"与"课堂所学"的有机结合,是高职商务英语专业毕业设计模式的全新尝试。本文对"岗学一体"毕业设计的实施背景、创新体现、模式有效性以及收获与反思进行了全面阐述。"岗学一体"实现了以企业为平台,以岗位为支撑,以项目为载体、以学生为中心,体现了"工学结合"人才培养理念的深刻内涵,有待大力推广实践。
"ILI" stands for "Integration of Learning and Internship" , which is a fresh model of the graduation project for higher vocational business English majors. "ILI" fully reflects the connotation of "Combination of Learning and Engineering". It also genuinely enables students to apply their learning to work doing real engineering projects coming from enterprises during their internship. "ILI" is an innovation for higher vocational education and worth popularizing.
