论道德生态视域下的青少年法制教育

On legal education for teenagers under the perspective of the moral ecology

青少年法制教育是学校教育的重要组成部分,提高青少年法律意识和法律素质是提高全民族素质的关键。目前,我国青少年法制教育还存在诸多不足。为保障青少年的合法权利,创造良好的学习与生活条件,便于学校开展管理工作,并为青少年进入社会打下良好基础,必须逐步实现青少年法制教育的规范化和科学化。本文从道德生态角度阐述青少年法制教育的必要性和可行性,以期探索实施青少年法制教育的有效途径。

Juvenile legal education is an important part of school education, so improving teenagers＇ legal consciousness and legal quality is the key to improve the quality of the whole nation. At present,Juven- ile legal education in China still has many deficiencies. To protect the legitimate rights of young people, to create a good study and living conditions, to facilitate the school management work, and for adoles- cents to lay a good foundation of society, juvenile legal education must realize the standardized and sci- entific. From the angle of ecology to study human development and education is not only a new view- point of the contemporary research, but also one of the most representative methods in sociology. This article elaborated the necessity and the feasibility of juvenile legal education from the perspective of moral ecology, in order to explore effective ways to implement legal education for teenagers.
