我国工程师培养模式探讨

A Study of Engineer Training Mode in China

工程师是社会经济建设中不可或缺的人才。我国培养工程师的途径不一,总体说来,在工程师培养方面,我国还存在着一些问题:人才培养体系结构不够完善,培养目标不够清晰;教学内容与模式陈旧,工程训练严重不足等。针对这些问题,必须更新现代工程师培养理念,凸显工程师创新能力培养;构建以能力为本位的教学模式,改革教学方法和教学手段等。唯有如此,才能培养出与"卓越工程师培养计划"符合度高的工程技术型人才。

The engineers are indispensable to social economic development. There are different ways to train engineers in China, but generally speaking, the engineer training in China still exists some prob- lems： the structure of training system is not perfect; the training aim is not clear; the teaching content and patterns are out-- dated ; and the practical engineering training is seriously inadequate. Facing with such situation, first of all, we must renew the conception of modern engineer training to focus on engi- neering innovation ability training. Furthermore, we should try to build the ability--oriented teaching mode and reform teaching method and means. Only by doing so can we turn out the engineering techni- cal personnel who are in accordance with “excellent engineers training plan”.
