Optimization Selection of Cutting Tool and Cutting Parameters Based on Machining Features

摘要 通过对车削加工特征进行分析和分类,结合对车削刀具结构的研究,确定基于切削加工特征的车削刀具选择原则和方法。建立基于切削加工特征的刀具选择车削数据库系统,实现车削刀具及其切削参数的智能选取。 The methods and rules for cutting tool selection are determined on the basis of analysis and classification of the features as well as the cutting tool structures in turning processes. A machining database system is then developed. The intelligent optimization selection of cutting tool and cutting parameters is implemented through the application of the devel- oped machining database.
