摘要
分析了数控车削加工中,在加工圆锥面、圆弧面以及非圆曲线表面时,刀具的刀尖圆弧半径的大小对零件加工精度的影响。对产生误差进行了研究,并论述了消除误差的途径。
This paper analyzes how the size of cutting tool tip' s radios affects the numerical control lathe machining precision when processing the cone surface, circular surface and non - circular curve surface, which is followed by summa- rizing the causes of errors that occur in processing, and explaining the ways to eliminate them as well.
