促进具有地域特色的文化发展,是推动我国社会主义文化事业大发展大繁荣的重要步骤和内容,尤其是西部地区。富平作为比较典型的西部县份,是调查研究和理论探讨的很好例证。对富平地域文化发展而言,成就与问题并存,机遇与挑战同在,怎样才能获得可持续发展,其政策取向与路径选择是什么,是值得深思的重大命题。我们必须在成就分析与问题探讨的基础上,进行积极的探究。这种典范性的理性思考,对西部地区县域文化发展具有示范意义。

To promote the cultural development with regional characteristics is the important steps and content of enabling so- cialist cultural undertakings to develop and flourish, especially in the western region in China. As a typical county of western region, Fuping County is a good example of investigation and theoretical exploration. As far as the cultural development of Fuping is con- cerned, achievements and problems coexist, so do opportunities and challenges, which are how to achieve sustainable development and what are the policy orientation and route choice. These are the great concepts worth thinking over. Based on the analysis of a- chievements and discussion of problems, it should be explored positively. This paradigmatic rational thinking is of demonstrative sig- nificance to the cultural development of the counties in the western region in China.
