倒档齿轮滚齿加工齿圈径向跳动超差的分析与改进

Analysis and Improvement to the Oversize of Circular Run out of Reverse Gear

针对倒挡齿轮齿圈径向跳动超差的状况分析其原因，提出了相应的改进措施。通过一系列改进和夹具调整，排除了倒挡齿轮齿圈径向跳动不稳定的波动，提高了切齿后的质量。

Analysis, was performed on the reasons leading to the oversize of circular run out of reverse gear. The relative solving measures are raised. A series of improvement and jig adjustment work were done. As result, the unstable fluctuation of circular run out of reverse gear has been eliminated and the quality after teeth cutting has been improved.
