摘要
劳动素质对经济增长的效应通过劳动效率的价值表现得到实现。在科技决定经济繁荣的当今时代,劳动效率已成为经济增长的核心要素,以物化要素衡量经济绩效已经被以技术和制度等软化要素代替。以新经济增长理论为核心构建劳动效率为核心指标的劳动素质与经济增长模型,以劳动工资代替传统的受教育程度作为劳动效率标准,检验劳动效率与经济增长的关系。考虑到新经济增长理论中制度的重要性和中国分配制度的特殊性,以改革开放前沿的广东30多年的经验数据对模型进行初步验证,结果对传统劳动价值与经济增长有更多解释,对于建立有效灵活的劳动价值机制促进经济增长的理性与活力有积极的意义。
The effect of labor quality to economic growth is through labor value efficiency performance. In the times of science and techmology deciding economic prosperity, labor efficiency is eeonomle growth core ingredient, materialize elements measure economic perfomance has been replaced by of technology and cultural soft dements. Based on the new economic growth theory, it constructs labor efficiency as core index of labor quality's economic growth model; giving up traditional education degree, inspection labor efficiency and economic growth. Considing the importance of institution with new economic growth theory and the particularity distribution institution of China, Guangdong is the frontier of reform and opening up, using 30 years experience datas, this will has further explanation to the traditional human capital and economic growth, simultaneously has positive significance to establish effective flexible efficient mechanism to promote economic growth vigorly.
