技术获取型对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应研究综述

Research Review on Reverse Technology Spillover Effects of Technology Sourcing Outward Direct Investment

近年来,技术获取型对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应引起学者们的广泛关注。国内外学者的研究主要从技术获取型对外直接投资逆向技术溢出效应的存在性及其影响因素两个方面对其进行了研究。已有研究取得了一定的成果,但仍有不足之处:对技术获取型对外投资逆向技术溢出效应的传导机制分析不足;验证逆向技术溢出效应存在性时忽略了滞后效应;对吸收能力影响溢出效应的分析不够深入,研究方法也有待改进。

Reverse technology spillover effects of TSODI aroused scholars＇ extensive concern in recent years. Studies of scholoars at home and abroad analyzed this issue from two apsects, the exlstenee TSODI＇s reverse technology spillover effects and its influencing factors. Available studies have obtained abundant achievements, however, there are still some deficiencies： studies on mechanism of reverse technology spillover effects of TSODI are still deficient; lagging effects have been ignored in testing reverse technology spillover effects＇ existence; the analysis on absorptive capacity＇s influence on spillover effects is not enough, and the study methods need to be improved.
