利用物联网技术实现临床输液安全管控的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:基于先进的液滴检测传感器技术和物联网传输技术,完成对临床输液的在线检测和有效预警,研究提高值班护士对临床输液的监护管控效率以及减少输液过程中可能出现的医疗隐患。方法:通过液滴传感器对输液状态进行持续监测,并将实时监测结果通过物联网传递到护士站管理系统。管理系统动态分析发现输液滴速异常(过快、过慢)、输液完成、供电异常时管理系统中发出报警,并通过物联网向输液监测器发出控制信息关闭该设备,同时将报警信息通过物联网发布给对应的护士呼叫终端,通知值班护士前往进行临床处理。结果:能够及时有效的发现输液完毕、病患擅自调节输液滴速、病患不小心压住输液管的输液滴速过慢、输液监测器的供电电源过低等异常情况,且报警信息通过物联网能够及时传递给值班护士随身携带的护士传呼机。结论:物联网临床输液安全管控系统不但可以降低护士的工作强度,提高护士的处理效率,同时还可以大幅度的减少输液隐患,是临床监护未来的应用趋势。 objective: To establish a system of safe management and control of clinical transfusion for nurse on duty,to reduce the medical hidden trouble which may emerge in the process of infusion.Methods:The droplet detection sensor was used to take continuous monitoring of infusion condition ,and send real-time results to nurse station management system through IOT.The management system was sat to take dynamic analysis ,when the speed of infusion was abnormal (too fast or too slow),the transfusion was completed,or the power supply was eccentric;the management system would give an alarm,and send the infusion monitor a control message through lOT to close the device.At the same time ,this warning message would be sent to the relative nurse call terminal through lOT,so that the nurse on duty might go and handle it.Results: With the use of IOT,we were able to find some abnormal conditions timely and efficiently,such as the transfusion was accomplished,the patients adjusted the speed of infusion unauthorized,a low speed of infusion caused by patients careless pressing on tubing,and a low power of the infusion monitor.In addition,nurse on duty was able to receive the warning messages by pager through IOT. Gonclusion:The IOT clinical transfusion safety control system can reduce the nurse workload,improve their work efficiency,and rapidly decrease the hidden trouble of infusio.Its application in future is promising.
