强化护理在THA治疗DDH并发坐骨神经损伤后关节功能恢复中的影响

The influence of strengthened nursing measures on joint function recovery in patients with DDH concurrent sciatic nerve injury after total hip arthroplasty

目的:探讨强化护理措施对全髋关节置换(THA)治疗发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)并发坐骨神经损伤后关节功能恢复中的影响。方法:2003年3月至2010年3月收治的18例DDH术后并发坐骨神经损伤的患者,对照组和试验组各9例,对照组采用随机性护理,试验组在采用随机性护理的基础上给予适当的护理强化,并对两种护理方式效果进行比较。结果:随访时间为2年,Harris评分试验组和对照组在术前和术后2年的随访皆无明显差异,术后第1、3、6月试验组Harris评分明显高于对照组。两组患者术后第1、3、6月Harris评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),术前及术后2年Harris评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:合适的专业的强化护理可以加快THA治疗DDH术后坐骨神经损伤患者髋关节功能的康复,提高生活质量。

Objective：To explore the influence of strengthened nursing measures on joint function in patients with DDH concurrent sciatic nerve injury after total hip arthroplasty therapy. Methods： From March 2003 to March 2010, 18 cases of DDH concurrent postoperative sciatic nerve injury were divided into control group （9 cases） accepted conventional careand experimental group （9 cases） were taken strengthened care, and the effect of the two nursing ways was compared. Results： Follow-up for two years, the Harris score of experimental group and control group in preoperative and 2 years of follow-up had no obvious difference, but 1, 3, 6 months after operation, the Harris score of experimental group was higher than that of control group with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Comfortable and professional nursing can speed up DDH patients recovery.
