术中综合保温对全麻下后路腰椎手术病人的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察术中多种保温措施对全麻下行后路腰椎手术患者体温及麻醉苏醒期的影响。方法:选择在全麻下行后路腰椎手术患者60例,随机分为保温组与对照组,保温组积极采取各种综合保温措施,对照组采用常规保温措施,分别测量入室、手术30min、60min、术毕和苏醒时的鼻咽温度,苏醒时寒战及躁动发生情况。结果:手术30min后,对照组患者体温显著下降,保温组患者体温下降不明显,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),保温组寒战及躁动发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对全麻下行后路腰椎手术患者实施体温监测及综合保温措施可有效防止术中低温,避免寒战及躁动发生。 Objective: To investigate the effect of composite warming measures on postanesthesia recovery period of patients undergoing posterior lumbar surgery.Methods:60 patients undergoing posterior lumbar surgery were randomly divided into control group and warming group.During surgery,all patients were under room temperature of 22℃ and were covered with quilts.In the warming group, fluid, blood and flushing fluid were heated to 37℃,and wind-heat blankets covered the non-operation areas. While in the control group patients were without any other temperature intervention. The nasophaucgeal temperature of the patients was monitored before and 30 and 60 minutes after operation,at the end of surgery and the recovery time. The shiver and restless movement were recorded after operation. Results: Compared with the warming group, the temperature was significantly lower in the control group after 30 minutes of the surgery (P〈O.05).The incidence of shiver and restless movement were also markedly higher in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Intraoperative warming measures can help to decrease shiver and restless movement in patients undergoing posterior lumbar surgery.
