摘要
机电一体化产品质量和技术水平的高低,是当今世界衡量一个国家实力和国际地位的重要标志。实现产品的高质量和技术的高水平,其关键是机电复合型人才的培养。而"机电传动控制"课程的创建建立了一个新的课程体系,它将机电一体化技术所需的强电控制知识有机地结合起来,加强了系统性,节省了学时。"机电传动控制"课程具有专业知识面宽、综合应用性强等特点。为了切实培养学生的电机及控制技术的综合应用能力,进一步促进机电结合,取得良好的教学效果,从课程的教学内容、教学方法和实验设计等方面并结合步进电动机的教学实例对"机电传动控制"研究型教学进行了一些有益的探讨,这些经验对该课程教学质量的提高有较好的参考价值。
The quality of products and the technology level of mechatronics symbolize the national power and international status of a country. The cultivation of mechanical and electronic compound talents is the key to the realization of high quality and technology. The establishment of the course of mechanical and electrical drive sets up a new curriculum system. To acquire satisfactory teaching effect and promote the combination of mechanism and electricity, students' application ability of synthesized motor and control technique should be trained. Some helpful investigations of the teaching mode, teaching content, teaching method, and experimental design are conducted. A step motor teaching example is given. These experiences may provide some good reference value for the improvement of the teaching quality of the course of mechanical and electrical drive.
