实验教学师资队伍建设问题根源及对策的思考

Reflections on the Problems and Countermeasures in Laboratory Faculty Team Construction

从当前我国高校实验教学队伍建设过程中所面临的困难和问题出发,分析了实验教学师资队伍建设问题的存在根源,针对这一问题根源提出了取消实验技术人员编制,让教师进入实验室,全面参与实验教学和实验室建设工作的新思路,并对实行这一思路的必要性、充分性和可行性进行了客观论述,为高校实验室队伍建设提供参考。

Based on the analysis of the problems in the construction of laboratory faculty teams, this paper proposed some countermeasures for these problems, providing references for the construction of laboratory faculty teams in colleges and universities.
