摘要
对无烟煤和烟煤的性能进行了分析,为降低生产成本和提高高炉喷煤比,马钢二铁总厂进行了混合配煤实践。通过对混合配煤的分析,选择合适的煤粉粒度、水分和混合比例,达到了均匀混配,满足了高炉高煤比喷吹的要求。
The properties of anthracite and bituminous coal are analyzed. In order to reduce production cost and increase coal injection ratio for the blast furnace, Masteel Iron-making Plant 2 carried out the practice of mixed coal blending. After analysis, the authors choose appropriate pulverized coal size and moisture and mixing ratio to get uniform blending, which fulfills the demand of the high coal injection ratio by the blast furnace.
