摘要 脱硫装置的投运率不低于90%,是当前中国环保法规对火电企业脱硫装置运行的基本要求,而脱硫增压风机故障检修常使火电企业因环保问题面临主机被迫停运和增发电量的两难选择,通过介绍脱硫增压风机故障检修情况下,用锅炉引风机成功代替增压风机,使脱硫装置投入运行的技术创新实例,为企业解决增压风机故障问题提供了较好的思路。 That the operation rate of desulfurization device should not be less than 90%, is the basic requirements of desulfuriza- tion devices running in the thermal power enterprises by China's current environmental regulations. However troubleshooting of desulphurization booster fan often makes the thermal power companies face the dilemma of host forced outage and power generation increasing because of environmental issues. By replacing of booster fan by boiler induced-draft fan, the desulfurization device can be put into operation successfully in desulphurization booster fan troubleshooting, which provides a better idea for enterprise to solve booster fan failure.
