将曼前桥转向节立式加工攻丝工序由非标准加长丝锥改进为标准丝锥,既满足了使用要求,又使该工序的刀具消耗成本降低了1/2,经济效益明显。
The authors use the standard screw instead of normal lengthed one in upright tapping technology of steering knuckle machining of MAN front axle, which can not only meet the operation requirements, but also save 50 percent of the wastage cost.
