基于VB的发动机监控系统的设计和试验

摘要 针对单缸小排量电控发动机的实时监控系统,结合其软硬件环境论述了发动机监控系统的设计开发过程.通过VB的MSComm控件实现了上位机与电控系统主控芯片的串行通信和电控发动机运转参数的实时显示,以及发动机点火喷油定时等控制参数的在线调整优化.通过使用该系统对试验发动机怠速PID控制参数进行了优化标定,最终使发动机怠速稳定在目标怠速附近. Aiming at the real-time monitoring system of electric single-cylinder and small displacement engine, and the design and development process of engine monitoring system was discussed combined with the hardware and software. The serial communication of PC and main control chip of the electric control system, real-time display of engine running parameters, and online adjustment and optimization of the engine control parameters including engine ignition and injection timing were realized through MSComm control of VB. At last, the idling PID control parameters of test engine were calibrated and optimized using the monitoring system, and the idling speed of the engine was stabilized in the target speed or so.
