摘要
以黄土高原中部丘陵沟壑区秦安县的水土保持建设项目区为研究对象,采用直接或间接的方法,将水土保持各方面的效益转化为对生态系统服务价值的影响,评价研究区治理后生态系统服务功能的变化。结果表明:项目实施后研究区内人均生态系统内部服务价值由2 173元增加到3 272元,项目区外部生态系统服务价值由137.39万元增加到280.96万元,增长幅度为104.5%,人均生态系统外部服务价值为223.94元,生态系统外部服务价值增长的幅度要大于内部服务价值。3种水土保持措施中,梯田的外部服务价值最高,林地高于草地。
Taking the project area of water and soil conservation as a research object which is located in Qin' an County of the center gullied rolling loess area, we adopted direct or indirect method to convert the soil and water conservation benefit of each respect into impacts on ecosystem service values and evaluated the ecosystem service and management function changes. Research results show that : after the implementation of the project in the research area, the per capita internal value of ecological system service has been increased from 2,173 RMB to 3,272 RMB; the external value of ecological system service increases from 1. 373 9 million RMB to 2. 809 6 million RMB which faster than the internal service value, increasing 104.5%, and the per capita external value of ecological system service increases to 223.94 RMB. The outside service value of terrace is the highest of the three kinds of soil and water conservation measures and woodland value is higher than that of grassland.
