摘要
堤防的破坏形式主要有溃决、冲决和漫决,堤防的破坏方式主要有渗流作用引起的破坏(管涌、流土等)和失稳引起的破坏(滑坡、崩岸等)。针对堤防不同的破坏模式,建立了基于AHP的堤防安全评价体系,研究了指标值和权重值的确定方法,并应用模糊理论对堤防安全进行了综合评价。根据该研究方法,开发了相应的堤防工程安全评价软件,该软件具有针对性强和扩展性好等优点,可为堤防工程的快速诊断、除险加固、运行管理等提供技术支持。
The levee failure includes burst failure, rush failure and overtopping failure. The main failure mode includes the following two patterns, one is seepage failure including piping and soil flow, and the other is stability failure including landslide and bank caving. A framework of levee safety assessment based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was formed according to different failure mode of levee. Then, the method calculating index and weight value of all the factors was studied in detail. Lastly, the result of the levee safety was attained by fuzzy theory. According to the research above, an assessment system easier to expand and maintain was developed, which would provide technical support in fast diagnosis, reinforcement and operation management for levees.
