玉滩水库扩建工程设计建设过程及关键技术难题

摘要 重庆市玉滩水库扩建工程包括枢纽和灌区两部分,水库大坝为在原址拆除玉滩水库老坝扩建。工程作为重庆市西部供水工程的一部分,自上世纪90年代开始论证规划,2001年完成项目建议书,到2008年8月,相继完成可行性研究、初步设计,并获得相关审批。之后,陆续开展招标阶段工作。2008年11月开工建设,水库枢纽工程于2011年6月基本完工,2012年9月竣工验收。工程设计中,遇到了坝型选择、沥青混凝土防渗、软岩筑坝、分层取水等关键性技术问题,通过研究论证,得到了较好的解决。 Yutan Reservoir Extension Project includes two parts,i.e.main structures and irrigation area.The dam is built on the site of original dam.As a part of west water supply project in Chongqing,it was planned in 1990s,and finished technical proposal in 2001;up to August 2008,the feasibility study and preliminary design were provided successively and got approval.After that,bidding invitation was carried out.The project was commenced in November 2008,completed in June 2011,and finally accepted in September 2012.During the course of design,some technical problems such as dam type selection,asphalt concrete seepage control,dam construction on soft rock,and taking water in stratification are encountered,all of them are resolved after study and demonstration.
