子午线轮胎脱圈试验仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 借助MSC.MARC有限元分析软件,根据子午线轮胎的实际结构,考虑了轮胎与轮辋的接触,建立轮胎的平面轴对称模型和三维有限元分析模型,对轮胎脱圈试验进行了仿真分析。文中给出了脱圈压块在不同压缩量下轮胎的变形情况,并给出了脱圈过程中脱圈压头作用力的变化趋势,得到最小脱圈阻力模拟值与试验结果吻合较好。 According to the actual structure of the radial tire, which is included the contact non-lin- earity between tire and rim,an axisymmetric and a three-dimensional finite element tire models based on MSC. MARC code are constructed and then the tire unseating simulation is performed in the pres- ent study. The deformation configures of tire under different vertical displacements of press block and the trend of applied forces in press block during the tire unseating test simulation are presented. Fur- thermore, the minimum unseating resistance obtained by simulation is in good agreement with the ex- perimental result.
